Short description
The contracting authority wants through this call for tenders to enter into a framework agreement with one or several suppliers.
The objective of the agreement is to maintain our buildings in the most efficient way the agreement must cover our need for the delivery building materials for maintenance work managed by municipality, up to three (3) framework agreements will therefore be signed per agreement area listed below.
The contracting authority administers 47 school buildings, 27 nursery schools, 19 institutions/nursing homes, 98 office buildings/sports halls/cultural buildings and 249 residential buildings, etc.
The list is not complete and may change during the agreement period. The agreement shall ensure predictable terms for both the supplier and the contracting authority.
