You are invited to participate in a competitive dialogue with the objective of establishing a contract for the health analysis platform. The competition aims to award the contract to a service provider with the following scope:
1) development and establishment of data and analysis services for the health analysis platform;
2) system support, maintenance, further development and operational services for the system developed and established in point 1.
The scope includes establishment of the technical system that forms the basis to be able to develop an analysis ecosystem. The tenderer will not have exclusive rights to provide products, services or other content in this ecosystem and the customer will control who has access to supply this.
The participants should note that the exact scope of this procurement will be clarified during the dialogue and that the scope can be changed within the framework of the procurement regulations.
The contract is not exclusive.
