Assignment text
The main objective of this agreement is to meet the need of the Ministries community for assistance related to recruiting top executives, managers and middle managers. The assignments are of varying length and scope. A framework agreement shall be signed with five providers. Mini contests shall be held before awarding assignments in the framework agreement. The individual contract award in the framework agreement shall be based on the Government Standard Terms and Conditions (Norwegian abbreviation: SSA-O) for consultancy assignments or the Government Standard Terms and Conditions (Norwegian abbreviation SSA-B) for consultancy support.
The main need is assistance in the recruitment of the following types of executive positions: Director General, Director of underlying enterprises, Ministry councils, Department directors/Section leaders. The total scope of the framework agreement is between 15 and 40 positions over a 4-year period.
The anticipated agreement value is between NOK 4 million and NOK 10 million excluding VAT for a 4-year period.
