Short description
Sarpsborg municipality (henceforth referred to as the contracting authority) invites tenderers to pre-qualification for a tender competition with negotiations in connection with the procurement of a platform for dialogues with the inhabitants and relational management.
Indre Østfold, Råde and Halden municipalities intend to enter into the contract.
The objective is to develop:
— a shared platform for digital services for the inhabitants, the businesses and the non-profit organisations,
— a shared platform for digital work processes among the municipal activities.
