Short description
The procurement concerns transport offers for students in primary and secondary school who have a right to transport, but who for various reasons cannot use the scheduled public transport offer. The assignment also includes commissioned transport (Flex) that is primarily offered during the day.
The assignment is divided into three areas:
1) Sarpsborg and Fredrikstad (combined),
2) Hvaler and 3) Råde municipality.
The framework agreement applies for 4 years from the 1 August 2021 with possible extension for a further 2 years.
