The objective of the tender contest is to enter into a framework agreement for products for the detention service. There is a need for products to safeguard the health of the detainee when staying on a cell as well as for the daily services personnel. The framework agreements must include the Norwegian Police, the Norwegian Correctional Service as well as the Governor of Svalbard. Based on previous years’ procurements, the estimate for call-offs is approx. NOK 1-2 million during the contract period, including the option years.
