The Norwegian Directorate for Children, Youth and Family Affairs (Bufdir) shall procure a new cloud-based operating platform for ung.no and bufdir.no, including sub-services thereof. The Directorate needs 24/7 monitoring and support services as the Uptime requirement is critically important.
