Bufdir hereby invites suppliers to a fourth supplier conference on 16 September 2020 on the DigiBarnevern-Stat project. At the conference we will review the foundation pillars in BFK. After the meeting we would like to establish further dialogue with each individual supplier on this delivery. The background is a need for joint understanding, and, at the same time, ensure that developments are in line with the different suppliers' needs.

We will also review and provide information on the specifications for the reporting requirements from the municipality's trade systems to the reporting bank. In particular this concerns the format and data content of the reports. As in the previous conference, we will also review the content on data.bufdir.no, and we would still like feedback on and improvement proposals for specifications and content in the data set on data.bufdir.no.
All participants are encouraged in advance to read the content on data.bufdir.no. It is desirable that any questions be sent to
leverandor.digibarnevern@bufdir.no prior to the conference so that we can improve answers and adapt content. Questions may also be asked during the conference.
General
Through the DigiBarnevern-stat project, Reporting Bank, Concepts, National Portal for Notes of Concern, and BFK are being developed. The municipalities are currently obliged to send reports every half year to the Norwegian Directorate for Children, Youth and Family Affairs and the county administrator. Annual reports are also sent to Statistics Norway. The components in the reporting bank must as a minimum safeguard these requirements. Close integration of BFK in the municipal professional systems is also desired.
The DigiBarnevern-stat project is supplier-independent and does not participate directly in municipal procurement processes. The purpose is to secure sufficient information and dialogue with all suppliers so that the systems being developed can be realised.
