NOKUT (the Norwegian Agency for Quality Assurance in Education), c/o the Division for digitalisation and ICT, wants to enter into a framework agreement for services related to consultancy, further development and administration of the interaction system eSam. It must also be possible — but not binding — to commission development services in this agreement for other purposes.
NOKUT wants to enter into a framework agreement with one provider. NOKUT shall not have any obligations to procure services included in the agreement but make call-offs as needed. The service will be performed in Oslo.
