Short description
The assignment is for caretaker services that will include working at heights from ladders, scaffolding, etc.
The shall contractor shall carry out works at heights, including annual cleaning of gutters as well as roof inspections, gutter pipes and façades.
The contractor shall, upon request, carry out other works such as removal of snow and icicles from roofs, façade cleaning, assisting other suppliers when a lift is needed, etc.
