VLFK needs to hire capacity in a broadband network. The contract includes:
— the tenderer will own and operate the infrastructure;
— the tenderer must provide a high level of service and support.
Implementation of the new system will be carried out in stages in the period from 1 October 2020 into year 2021, provided that a contract is signed by September 2020.
