The procurement includes up to four parallel Framework Agreements for consultancy services in surface water management and associated topics. The purpose of the procurement is to have sufficient and good competence for reviews, plans and project work in surface water management and associated topics available when the need arises from autumn 2020 and forward for a four year period.
