The Agency for Waste Management [Norwegian abbreviation REG] needs to enter into a downstream energy system agreement for the reception and treatment of residual waste collected from REG's business clients. There is a need to sign a contract for 1 year with an option for the contracting authority to extend the contract for a further 1 year + 1 year on verbatim terms. See the requirement specifications in annex 1 for further specifications.
