Short description
The Norwegian Agency for Development Cooperation (Norad) by the Department of Communication invites to open tender with the aim of entering into a framework agreement with a supplier for further development and maintenance of Norad's websites.
Norad's external websites, is at present norad.no, bistandsaktuelt.no and noradbloggen.no.
Norad's intranet and the Grant Portal (grants.mfa.no) are not included in this tender. Norad's content management system (CMS) is Episerver, and in addition Wordpress is used for noradbloggen.no. A separate agreement will be entered into with Episerver, which will operate norad.no and bistandsaktuelt.no and deliver the publishing system. The tender winner will be Norad's implementation partner for the solution Episerver's cloud solution.
