Statens vegvesen [the Norwegian Public Roads Administration] wants to develop a system/product in order to provide support to the operational contractors in relation to making the most timely decisions about bumper-to-bumper driving or closures due to. difficult driving conditions. We therefore want a supplier who can give us assistance with this development.
‘Den digitale fjellovergang’ [The Digital Mountain Pass] is a pilot in the ITS programme 2018-2023 and is connected to the national transport plan and implemented under the auspices of the Norwegian Public Roads Administration.
