Short description
The contracting authority intends to enter into a framework agreement for the delivery and assembly of furniture and fixtures for the newly constructed health centre Stella Maris. The moving in and delivery of fixtures will be from the new year 2021. Furthermore, the framework agreement will cover the health centre's need for furniture in the next 4 years. The contract will therefore also apply for supplementary procurements after the main delivery, with access to spare and wearing parts.
The contracting authority has chosen to divide the project into two subcontracts:
1) office and meeting room furniture, etc., including cafe and other public areas, free-standing bookcases and typical library furniture;
2) health furniture, including everything for residents' rooms and communal lounges in the nursing home.
