Short description
Iris Service AS announces a prior information notice for the receipt and treatment of waste. Some fractions will also involve transport. This prior information notice is being published to allow the market and potential suppliers to make preparations for the coming notice. The notice will be published in September 2020 at the latest. The start-up of the contract is scheduled for 1 January 2021. Iris Service AS collects household waste from approx. 37 500 household customers, and operates 12 environment stations in 9 municipalities in Salten.
The main contract will consist of, amongst other things, the following waste fractions:
Collection: residual waste, paper and cartons (mixed paper), food waste, glass and metal, plastic.
Environment stations: residual waste, paper and cartons (mixed paper), food waste, glass and cans, plastic, inert matter, polluted matter, classes 2 and 3, wood, impregnated wood, asbestos cement/asbestos, iron and metal, cardboard, pure soil, agricultural plastic, garden waste, boats, etc.
