Assignment text

The Ministry of Children and Families (BFD) has given Bufdir the task of implementing a trial with leisure card schemes in selected municipalities. The trial will be designed so that the scheme can go from testing in a limited number of selected municipalities to a possible implementation on a national level. This procurement is for a research assignment to evaluate the implementation of the trial with leisure card schemes in 10-12 selected municipalities and make recommendations for the design of a national leisure card scheme. The assignment is exempted from the public procurement law and regulations in accordance with Section 2.5 in the regulations. The assignment will therefore be announced as a voluntary notice. The leisure card must be a universal scheme for all children aged 6 to 18. The scheme will be used as a contribution to cover fees for organised leisure activities. The children/guardians must be able to use the resources on the card. The goal of the scheme is that more children and youths participate in leisure activities.
