The framework agreement must meet the participating municipalities requirements for books and media for their 10/11 public libraries in total. The agreement must also meet the requirements for deliveries to approx. 27 school libraries in Lillestrøm municipality.
The needs include books and media in book groups 2-9 as well as comic books, special literature and linguistic courses. The agreement shall also include deliveries of products and services for commissioning books and media for lending.
The limitations of the agreement is given in the requirement specification.
Replacement of material
It must be possible to order a replacement CD (new CD) if a CD is damaged. The replacement CD must be placed in a separate plastic folder in the cover/book, etc., for protection.
