Upon the Central Administration’s request, the City of Turku’s Strategic Procurement launches market dialogue concerning the features of a city bike system.
The objective of this market dialogue is to start a dialogue between the client and the service provider about the functionalities of the city bike systems on the market, regarding the contactless payment feature of city bikes. If they wish to, the service providers are also welcome to present the functionality of their electronic bikes and their application.
The market dialogue applies to city bike system suppliers.
The market dialogue events will be held in July on weeks 29–30 (13–26 July) or, alternatively, in August on week 34 (17–23 August). They will be company-specific Microsoft Teams events lasting about an hour (via remote connection).

Microsoft Teams does not require any software installations. If you have any questions about participation, do not hesitate to contact us via email:

The client will confirm the participation to the service providers that reported their willingness to participate. After agreeing on a meeting time and date, the client will send a Teams calendar invitation to the service provider.
We request the service providers to be ready to present a free-form description of how their company would arrange contactless payment for a city bike system.
The meeting should also include people who are able to answer the technical questions related to the contactless payment function.

Turun kaupungin strateginen hankinta käynnistää konsernihallinnon pyynnöstä markkinavuoropuhelun kaupunkipyöräjärjestelmän ominaisuuksista.
Markkinavuoropuhelun tavoitteena on tilaajan ja palveluntuottajan välisen vuoropuhelun käynnistäminen markkinoilla olevien kaupunkipyöräjärjestelmien ominaisuuksista liittyen lähimaksamiseen kaupunkipyörissä. Palveluntuottajat voivat halutessaan esitellä myös sähköpyöriensä ja sovelluksensa toimintaa.
Markkinavuoropuhelu koskee kaupunkipyöräjärjestelmätoimittajia.
Markkinavuoropuhelut järjestetään heinäkuussa viikoilla 29-30 (13.-26.7.) tai vaihtoehtoisesti elokuussa viikolla 34 (17.-23.8.) pidettävinä noin tunnin pituisina yrityskohtaisina Teams-tilaisuuksina (etäyhteydellä).

Mukaan tilaisuuteen toivotaan henkilöitä, jotka osaavat vastata lähimaksuominaisuuden teknisiin kysymyksiin.
