Extracellular Vesicle Analyzer will be used for analysis of subcellular particles, specifically extracellular vesicles by fluorescence and related methods. The equipment must be capable of analyzing extracellular vesicles originating from complex matrices, such as blood, urine, and cell culture media.Primary SpecificationsThis equipment has to be able to perform the following functions, and in addition it also must fulfill all of the additional criteria listed in the attached specifications document (Appendix 1).• Detects the expression of common EV tetraspanin markers, (CD9, CD63, CD81) as well as specific markers on single EVs• Has at least four imaging channels and four excitation wavelengths•Allows detection of internal protein and RNA cargo
If the price of the equipment is below the €110K price limit, we will purchase additional service contracts and/or basic supplies for running the equipment for up to €110K total outside this primary purchase contract. The additional services/supplies will be given additional points in the scoring criteria, which is included as Appendix 2.
