The procurement concerns a: — transmission electron microscope (TEM) unit, 20-120 kV, with the possibility to add scanning transmission electron microscopy (STEM) capability at a later stage; — energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS) equipment, existing analyzer can be used; — digital camera for TEM; — installation on site in Helsinki (FINLAND), in space currently occupied by an old TEM; — training to 2 FIOH users; — one (1) year warranty included; — technical support and service contract for 5 years as a purchase option.
