The competition concerns entering into a framework agreement with a total supplier in the areas of roads and land planning.
The framework agreement must be able to be utilised in all phases of land planning, preparation, engineering design, follow-up in the construction period, independent inspection, construction management, project management and applicant function. The contracts concern land and transport planning and roads with associated construction elements, new construction and rehabilitation projects, both trench construction and trench-free construction.
The procurement is divided into two groups:
Group 1: Road planning (estimated to be approx. NOK 2.16 million per year)
Group 2: Land planning (estimated to be approx. NOK 4.5 million per year). The volume is an estimate and is not binding.
