This notice is for the procurement of one new chassis from Scania.
Ålesund Municipality c/o Årim needs to procure a chassis that is suitable for an existing body. The existing body has been mounted on Scania chassis. The contracting authority has had a dialogue with one of Norway's leading experts in building refuse collection vehicles and equipment, NTM and has been made aware that it is not possible to move the body over to other types of chassis.
Furthermore, NTM will be responsible for transferring the body to the new chassis.
