The objective of the contract is to cover the contracting authority's need for valuations of commercial and holiday properties, boat houses, other buildings larger than 30 m
The assignment comprises the following:
— commercial properties must be valued in the previous Sandøy Municipality,
— all types of properties must be valued in the previous Haram Municipality, see the price sheet,
— all types of properties must be valued in the previous Ørskog Municipality, see the price sheet.
Boat houses and other buildings larger than 30 m2 must be valued in the previous Skodje Municipality.
