Procurement of a system for management, operation, maintenance, development, service and potential in properties (Norwegian abbreviation: FDVUS) for the University of Oslo (UiO).
UiO shall publish a tender contest for a FDVUS system in 2020. The FDVUS system must be user-friendly and support the Property department's work processes and contribute to efficient and transparent digital systems across departments.
We wish in this context to hold dialogue meetings with suppliers of such systems for identifying the systems currently available. These meetings are scheduled to week 22. Interested parties shall register for participation by submitting an e-mail to:
innkjop@eiendom.uio.no, subject: ‘FDVUS dialogmøte’
The mail must contain information on company, link to the web site, as well as the contact person for the registration.
If there are many suppliers who register their interest, we may have to set a limit for the number of participants.
The deadline for registration is Wednesday 21 May.
