Oslo municipality has an ongoing group framework agreement for travel agency services We are working with the preparation of a new competition for the area. We therefore want to inform on the planned framework agreement as well as receiving feedback from the market to prepare a good tender notice.
Oslo municipality needs travel agency services. The provider must be a total provider of travel-related services as well as a provide a user-friendly and easily accessible online solution. The service must always provide the most suitable and most appropriate travel solutions, i.e. the fastest and most affordable way when traveling at home and abroad. The service must provide a high degree of availability and service to the individual employees. The agreement must also facilitate environmentally friendly and sustainable travels for the employees to raise climate awareness and reduce CO2 emissions. It is important that the stand-by and safety are ensured in a good manner.
Oslo municipality expects that the pending contract has a total value of approx. NOK 30 000 000 per annum.
Oslo municipality shall send an invitation to our cooperating businesses. The estimated value can increase if the municipality implements the agreement on behalf of cooperating enterprises.
