Short description
Sporveien AS periodically needs the hiring of temporary staff for cleaning in relation to illnesses, holidays, or increased workload. The temporary staff shall replace Sporveien's own employees, auxiliary workers and special workers. The temporary workers shall be paid as auxiliary workers in accordance with Sporveien's tariff, or alternatively the provider's own tariff agreement. The reason for this is that the framework agreement is governed by the regulations in §14-12 of the Working Environment Act regarding the hire of staff from temporary staffing companies This assignment involves cleaning of underground carriages and trams at the main garages in Ryen, Avløs and Grefsen. Cleaning services must also be expected for the underground's end stations. The start-up of the contract is 20 Octobre 2020.
