Autoscript Prompter Solution Update

Short description

Yle is asking for tenders to upgrade the Autoscript Prompter Solution software and it's control parts currently in use in Yle's Pasila and Tampere campuses.

Yle is using Autoscript prompter solution at its Pasila news and studio productions and at Tampere in regional news and studio productions.

Autoscript prompter solution in use includes software, monitors, hoods, mirrors, control devices and other system accessories.

Yle is asking for tenders to update the current solution in use for following parts:
-Autoscript software upgrade and related hardware update
-Services related to the upgrade
-Control devices

As the products to be procured will be part of a existing and a closed system, the offered products must be exactly as requested in the call for tenders and it's appendices. To ensure the compatibility all the software and hardware products must be from a single manufacturer.

A 24 month contract will be made with the winning tenderer. During the contract period Yle may purchase additional products, such as accessories, cables etc.
