The University of Stavanger (UiS) wants to enter into one, two or three framework agreement(s) regarding the procurement of books for the University Library, UBIS. Tenders for parts of the contract is allowed. If tenders are submitted for only parts of the contract, the tender must apply to either:
1) all printed books published outside Norway;
2) all printed books published in Norway; or
3) all e-books..
