Short description
The municipal undertaking for social housing has approx. 130 lifts and lifting mechanisms related to the property portfolio. In order to ensure a stable and safe operation of these lifts, replacements and improvements are needed at a regular basis, and the municipal undertaking for social housing needs professional and technical assistance thereof. The purpose of the tender contest is to enter into a contract with two providers with expertise in lift engineering. The providers shall deliver advisory and consultative engineering services, construction management and condition assessment as well as consultancy and follow-up in related to other related tasks and services.
