Värmdö municipality is on the verge of a unique procurement of a new digital ecosystem for the schools in the municipality. In short, our vision is an interconnected ecosystem of services and applications, that provides students with a flexible and personal learning experience. As well as elevate the teachers teaching abilities and facilitates communication between students, teachers, and guardians. Several procurements will be carried out in order to fulfil the overall goal. The two main tracks for the procurements consist of;- The acquisition of the basic digital platform, through a proprietary procurement- The acquisition of digital services, through a dynamic purchasing system (DPS) With this RFI we invite the actors on the market to take part and engage in a dialog on the acquisition of digital services, through a dynamic purchasing system (DPS).
