Short description
The Norwegian Agency for Public and Financial Management (Norwegian abbreviation: DFØ) wants to notify about a future tender contest where we want to engage one provider/partner who must assist in services related to a content management system (CMS) on the Drupal CMS platform.
Essentially, we want the provider to assist in the following for the Drupal platform:
• assisting in the development and further development of new and existing services (websites);
• application management of services in accordance with SaaS;
• basic operation of services (IaaS and PaaS);
• assisting in the establishment of integrations for relevant systems in DFØ;
• assisting in the migration of the current network systems, primarily Drupal 7 and Craft, to a newer version of Drupal.

1 January 2020, two departments from the former Difi were transferred to DFØ, and we were given the formal responsibility and ownership for several websites. On 1 September 2020 the Public Procurement Department shall be transferred from the Norwegian Digitalisation Agency to DFØ. DFØ will in total have a significant need for future new development of services in addition to operating and developing the current systems. There is thus a demand for a provider/partner who can show sufficient competence and capacity, alone or together with a joint venture partner. Most of the assignments must be provided in relation to the Oslo area.
DFØ plans to publish the tender contest at the end of April, and this notice is intended as an early information so that relevant tenderers can prepare for the future contest. We plan a negotiated tender procedure and the expected start of the contract is during autumn 2020.
