Short description
The tender contest involves electrician services and necessary materials as required for the following participants (business partner) mentioned in point I.1.1):
— Øvre Eiker municipality,
— Alier AS,
— Lier municipality,
— Lier ecclesiastical council.
The framework agreement must also cover other legal units such as municipal businesses and other organisations subject to municipal administration.
The municipalities intend to change to solar cell systems and this generates a future increase in the estimated scope.
The procurement value is estimated to be above the EEA threshold. The estimated value is not binding for the contracting authority. The need is uncertain. The historical figure for procured services is NOK 6 100 000 excluding VAT in the past year. The volume will be dependent on i.a. the contracting authority's requirements, activities, budget and other framework factors.
