The service provider must cover the contracting authority's requirement for LSP (Licensing Solutions Provider) and provide all services that are naturally included in this category. The LSP must work as a communicator of licences to the contracting authority and must contribute to a more general licence consultancy service.
The primary requirement includes the procurement and administration of Microsoft products. However, access to procuring other licence products by the LSP must be included.
