Short description
The framework agreement includes the procurement and hire of ICT infrastructure products, including maintenance, consultancy and related services. To the extent that new types of equipment/technology and software for storage/backup, network and servers are added during the agreement period, and which are in accordance with the customer's defined needs, this should be available for procurements under the framework agreement.
The framework agreement includes record-keeping possessions and maintenance agreements. The record must cover the need that is described in the tender documentation.
In the long term and in accordance with the contracting authority's needs, the framework agreement must also include converged server solutions that are adapted to tactical and mobile use, e.g. edge computing.
