Yle Tokyo 2020 Broadcasting Unit Rental Services

Short description

Yle is the finnish territorial rightsholder for The Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games. Yle will have an extensive coverage from the games with base in Yle Helsinki studios. The objective for this procurement is to acquire a support, development and service provider for Yle regarding the olympic games. The final production will happen in Finland with Yle owned equipment and resources. The requested services in this call for tenders is for Yle operation in Tokyo IBC Olympic TV centre. Yle does not have own assets for this IBC technical equipment including system integration with all integration work involved from detail planning to installation and maintenance. Main equipment supplier will be Lawo GmbH as technical development project. This equipment batch consists of V-Matrix units, Arista switches and other A and V line equipment. Yle personnel will be the operative personnel and all programming operations is on Yle. The requested services must be a turnkey service.
