Framework agreement must cover the individual books, subscription(s) and packages with e-books. The framework agreement must cover the requirement an uniformed procedures and documentation for the procurement of e-books — in such a way that the Norwegian University of Science and Technology's obligations related to procurement are ensured in the most efficient and good manner.
