Departementenes Sikkerhets- og serviceorgansiasjon (DSS) intends to enter into a framework agreement with Gartner Group Norge AS for the provision of services for supplier independent access to strategic ICT advice, research and analysis services.
DSS intends to enter into a framework agreement for 2 years, with an option for a further 1 year + 1 year, to a maximum length of 4 years.
