Short description
The area review must provide recommendations on the appropriate methodology and organisation of the management of the Norwegian police in accordance with the principles of state governance as stated in the financial regulations. The review must also give an assessment of the quality of the current governance information and present recommendations on how this can be improved. The area review shall be a vital part of the knowledge basis for the Ministry of Justice and Public Security's further work with a long-term plan for the Police and the Prosecution. The contracting authority reserves the right for call-off for additional assignments in accordance with those specified in Annex 1 and. This can increase the value beyond the estimate given above. The project administrative board can, within the estimated contract value and in consultation with the chosen tenderer, agree on associated problems that must be reviewed.
