The 22 July Centre was opened 22.7.2015 and has since the opening been organisational administered by the Ministry of Local Government and Modernisation's underlying activities and the Norwegian Government Security and Service Organisation (Norwegian abbreviation: DSS). The Centre's activities have, since the opening, focused on schooling and educational activities. It was therefore decided that the Centre shall be administered by the Ministry of Education and Research from 1.7.2019. By the organisational link to DSS, the Centre has been participating in the joint contracts entered and administered by DSS. These contracts are essential for the Centre's daily operations.
Based on this, DSS is publishing a voluntary ex ante transparency notice where we want to inform the supplier marked that we intend to maintain the 22 July Centre's participation in the relevant joint contract.
