The EEA intended to procure man-guarding services and other security-related services, as well as reception and mail internal distribution services, in order to ensure the security and safety of its premises, staff, visitors and operations enabling to fulfil its mandate. Purchase and/or maintenance of security and access control systems are part of the scope of this competitive procedure with negotiation.
