Undervisningsbygg Oslo KF needs assistance with the execution of recruitment processes. There is recruitment competence in the company, but the volume and extent are greater than what we want to use internal resources for. Recruitment by searching for candidates is used for positions that experience shows it is difficult to get qualified applicants for, and for which advertised positions do not lead to employment. The latter is often the case for project managers and senior project managers for construction projects.
