Risør municipality shall procure a new lorry in 2020, assuming funding in the budget for 2020.
Tenderers shall also give a price for a trade-in lorry.
A complete description of the delivery is in the attached requirement specification.
The contracting authority reserves the right, but is not obliged, to enter into negotiations for the submitted tender.
