The Municipality has since 2015 had an independent Noark-5 approved archive core on a secure zone. However, the requirement thereof has increased and the market is changed. The Municipality needs a system that is operated as a cloud system with the necessary security levels for managing sensitive personal information (including personal health information subject to the standard for management of health information). The system shall in the future be used as an archive core/access system for the Municipality's access to a large portfolio of active and concluded trade systems.
The Municipality also wants the provider of the system to have competence and experience in co-operating with the client to produce SIPs related to conclusion of trade systems and archive elements for storage in the Municipality's archive depot, the Intermunicipal archive in Rogaland.
