Market Consultation for Scientific Services to Support the Update of EUSES (the European Union System for the Evaluation of Substances)

Short description

This notice is an invitation to economic operators to participate in preliminary market research to be carried out by ECHA with a view to launching procurement to establish a contract with a scientific service provider to support the update of EUSES. The work for preparing the new tool is foreseen in 2020-2021. Due to the diversity of tasks and topics, ECHA might look for different expert service providers to cover the diverse topics; therefore, we encourage economic operators interested in providing support to participate in the market research, even if they have relevant experience only in some of the areas, but not in all of them. The procurement procedure will tentatively be launched in Q1 2020, and the target date to sign the contract is Q3 2020.
