Short description
The contracting authority will increase the use of film and animation to strengthen communication with the population and other interested parties. We want to use a framework agreement to align with a permanent producer who can assist with films and animations that profile the contracting authority in a good manner and that (some times) make complex messages easily understood. The assignment includes the production of videos (both live action and animation) for use in all digital arenas such as social media, websites, etc. for events, campaigns and internal use.
