Electronic Laboratory Notebook (ELN) System as Software as a Service (SaaS)

Short description

VTT Technical Research Centre of Finland Ltd (VTT) is planning to acquire Electronic Laboratory Notebook (ELN) system as Software as a Service (SaaS). The procurement will cover the service, implementation, maintenance and updates of the ELN system. The supplier of ELN system is responsible of the software, servers and their maintenance and updates as well as user training and administrative support. The ELN system is a ready software that will be adapted to VTT without larger customizations. The object of the tender process is described in more detail in the invitation to tender documents.
