The framework agreement must cover the contracting authority's requirement for procurement and/or lease of multi-function machines in the framework agreement period. The Norwegian Directorate for Civil Protection (DSB) shall enter into this framework agreement on behalf of the entities mentioned in the tender documentation's Points 1.1 and 1.2. The Norwegian Directorate for Civil Protection is responsible for publishing, signing and follow-up of the framework agreement. Each entity has, however, independent responsibility for their orders and procurements based on the framework agreement.
