The reimbursement scheme for waste oil is a government grant scheme that is granted in the national budget. It is a prerequisite for the procurement that the grant is given. The assignment will ensure that reimbursement is only paid for waste oil that fulfils the terms for reimbursement. The terms for reimbursement are described in the terms document, 'Terms for Reimbursement/Grant for Receipt of Waste Oil'. The consultant must use the waste oil module on avfallsdeklarering.no for quality checks of reimbursement requests and declarations. The consultant will quality assure received reimbursement requests, and if the requests fulfil the terms for reimbursement, cf. the terms document, the consultant is to recommend that the contracting authority makes a payment. The contracting authority will make the reimbursement payment. The consultant must prepare an annual report every year. The consultant must guide the reimbursement sites, other relevant actors and waste producers on the collection and reimbursement scheme for waste oil.
